Terms of Service

Evergreen Keys provides software that lets real-estate agents give their clients a branded portal and helps agents manage transactions and client relationships. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Agents are responsible for the accuracy of the client information they enter and for having the right to invite the clients they add.

Don't use Evergreen Keys to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload harmful content, attempt to access data you're not authorized to see, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

You keep ownership of the information you put into Evergreen Keys. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Optional integrations (such as dotloop, Follow Up Boss, and Google Calendar) are provided by third parties under their own terms. Your use of those services is between you and them, and their availability is not guaranteed by us.

Evergreen Keys includes AI features, including an assistant and a contract reader. AI can make mistakes. AI output is for convenience only and is not legal, financial, or professional advice — always review important details (especially contract dates and deadlines) against the source documents before relying on them.

Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Evergreen Keys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
